Yoga

Yoga is an ancient practice that incorporates breath work, relaxation techniques, meditation and body postures.  Yoga has been used in therapeutic applications for personal growth and healing for many years.  Several of our members have seen the benefits of this work and have generously provided a space for others to practice and teach.  We offer a variety of Yoga classes for all skill levels.  All classes are held in the Upper Room (Yoga Studio) of our Education wing and are open to the public.  A portion of all proceeds will benefit the general fund of First United Methodist Church.
