In Children’s Sunday School, the Bible story was about Elijah.
God sent ravens with food to feed Elijah when he was hungry.
We made ravens as a craft.
We also picked squash and flowers from the garden.
Leferne Preptit recently returned from a trip to Haiti.  Below is his message to the First United Methodist Church family:
We want to thank everyone of you for your love and support. We would like all of you to know that your love and support is greatly appreciated.

We bought eight new mattresses for the shelter.  All children have passed their classes.  We will have six children in high school and three in elementary school.
May God continue to bless you all!

Sincerely,
 Leferne Preptit

What a privilege and responsibility has been placed in our hands. May the grace of God rest upon each of these precious young people, and may the work He accomplishes in each of their lives and in generations to come be wrought of the same kind of love you are investing in them – the same kind of love God invests in each of us.  The gift goes on and on . . .
We gratefully acknowledge the Following Gifts:
