First United Methodist Church of Bristol

FUMC had our first “beta-test” of In-person Worship on Nov 1. Based on this success and safety, we plan to continue this way of worshiping — unless circumstances change of course.

Worship is at 11am. Masks/face coverings worn correctly are required to attend — no exceptions. Temperature and symptom checks at the door. Sanitizers available and separate designated entrances and exits. Seating is also distanced and marked, so please observe that. Of course, even making it as safe as we possibly can will not eliminate all risks. Make the best choice for you and your family. You can still worship online via our live streamed services — Past and current services can be found here:

You can give your tithes and offerings online here:

What We Do

We offer ONLY the Traditional Worship Service at 11:00am on Sundays, until further notice so as to limit the spread of the Corona Virus.

In the Before Times and hopefully in the future, we can return to weekly Book Studies, Sunday School, and our Contemplative Service as well.

We are very involved in our local community and with ministries abroad. We partner with local charities and missions. We are trying to bring Christ’s mercy, light, and love to all the places we can reach. We can best do this by striving to support and live in harmony with each other and with those we encounter in our lives.

We are located at 322 Vance Dr. in Bristol, Tennessee
